Breakout – Under 18s Music Festival Tickets Selling Fast

Illusive and Totem Onelove’s mammoth new under 18s music festival, Breakout, went on sale at 9am Wednesday morning and has now officially sold out of early bird tickets in Sydney and Melbourne. The festival, which features the likes of LMFAO, The Bloody Beetroots, Ferry Corsten (Melb only) Diafrix and 360, is in unchartered territory for an underage event and kids have come out in droves to show their enthusiasm for an event of its colossal scale.

Sydney has now moved into second general release, with tickets still at the dirt-cheap price of $90 (including booking fee). V8 Supersounds – 600 Sounds featuring The Funkoars

There is a new music festival circuit, V8 Supersounds, part of V8 Supercars Australia.

The first of these V8 Supersounds events is 600 Sounds part of the Armor All Gold Coast 600 (from Friday 22 – Sunday 24 October 2010).
Sunday night will feature Australia’s hip hop heavyweights The Funkoars. Based in Adelaide, they have had record-breaking attendance all over the nation……Gold Coast get ready. Consisting of three emcees – Trials, Hons and Sesta
- plus DJ Reflux, they have produced some of the best hip hop known to Australia. Also appearing is Australia’s Sneaky Sound System.

Ministry of Sound’s Ian Carey, and international touring sensations, Empire of the Sun will also be accompanied by Australia’s own house and dance talent, The Potbelleez, MC Shureshock and partner Kid Kenobi.
With The Potbelleez set to perform on the Friday night and award-winning Empire of the Sun and Adelaides’s hip hop giants The Funkoars closing on the Sunday night; the 600 Sounds lineup over the three nights is set to be a must attend event.

Tickets for the Armor All Gold Coast 600 include admission, to not only the day’s racing, but also the same night’s entertainment line-up at 600 Sounds.

The Sound Of Wings is the debut collaborative EP from Sydney emcee Coptic Soldier and Sydney soul vocalist Miriam Waks; it drops nationally on April 1st. Phatchance – Inkstains Tour

After being crowned both a Triple J Unearthed and MySpace.com feature artist in 2009, Phatchance is ready to tour nationally unleashing his own unique style . Coming off the back of multiple years of a touring schedule supporting the likes of Bliss N Eso, The Herd, Urthboy, The Potbelleez, Drapht, Pez, The Funkoars, Pegz, Muph N Plutonic and Phrase, as well as numerous international artists; Method Man and Redman, Planet Asia, De La Soul and K Rino to name a few, Phatchance has developed a reputation for his personal, captivating, yet highly energetic live performances.

Beginning March 5th in WA and finishing March 27th in Queensland, Australia will play host to the launch of Phatchance’s debut album Inkstains.
