With the excitement of this year’s 10th Anniversary Block Party still fresh, we are happy to announce that all of those making the trek down to Melbourne from around the country will be rewarded for their efforts. If you are travelling to Melbourne for the show, be sure to stop by the Obese Records Retail Store in Prahran with your boarding pass/itinerary, photo ID and Block Party ticket to score yourself a limited Block Party pack* that includes rare posters, stickers and other promotional material from Obese Records and Ironlak.

Block Party will feature artists from the art/graffiti/video field this year.
A long time member of the Melbourne art/graffiti scene, Jase rose to prominence with his producer trio Nubreed. His solo producer album, Jase Connection Vol. 1, was released by Obese Records.
Deb is one of Melbourne’s most pro active artists, with constant projects on the go, she is also one of Australia’s most prolific female street artists, spreading her work throughout many parts of the country as well as other parts of the globe. She engages in public art programs, workshops, design and many fine art exhibitions. Her work can be seen here.
Jase and Deb will be exhibiting live interactive graffiti during Block Party.
Block Party will feature an AV show throughout the night. VJ Hurlington (aka Brad Hurle) is an up and coming video producer/editor. Known for his involvement with online local hip hop show The Burning Underground, he’s also worked on videos for the Victorian Rally Championship, Team Evans Motorsport, Australian Rally Championship as well as creating the impressive AV show for Obese Distro’s very own Eloquor for his Charge album launch.
