Krafty Kuts – Feel Like Jumping gets the remix treatment where TiKay 1 flips the original on it’s head taking the major chord sample and spinning it into a darker vibe with a slightly humorous edge. The drunken sailor melody is a nod to the likes of Doctor P and Eptic.
Hailing from Germany, TiKay 1 was a hip hop producer for 10 years, before he switched into electronic music. His past work includes writing five songs for Casper’s XOXO which recently went Platinum. Krafty Kuts got hold of TiKay 1’s EP Im Not Yours and invited him to remix their joint Feel like Jumpin. Not only did TiKay 1 remix the track, Krossbow also did a remix which you can check out, along with the video clip below.
