For the first time ever in Melbourne, Rolling Stone Australia be bringing their own pop-up venue, the Rolling Stone Live Lodge, taking over the iconic Workers Club in Fitzroy Melbourne from September 25 to October 12.
There’s more to come, but here’s some of the initial line-up of shows…
Saturday, September 27 – Golden Era Records Night
Featuring performances from a bunch of the best and brightest from Hilltop Hoods’ record label – Funkoars, Briggs, Vents and K21.
Tuesday, October 7 – The Future Is Now, Presented By Sonos
Featuring Remi, Tkay Maidza, L-Fresh The Lion, WZRDKID – all artists we’ve recently spotlighted within ‘The Future Is Now’, our regular magazine feature where we pick the artists that we feel are on the brink of major success.
While all of the events in the band room are ticketed, the front bar at the Workers Club will be open from 4pm every day where you can hear curated playlists, check out the Rolling Stone artwork on display, take a picture of you and your mates on the cover of Rolling Stone, or scoff down some fine smoked meats from the Ironbark BBQ.
Tickets for all shows go on sale next Monday, August 25, via Oztix. More information here.
