Eminem Confirms New Album Shady XV

In what was a massive weekend for gossip heads of the hip hop world with a shooting backstage at a Wiz Khalifa gig near San Jose, which resulted in Wiz pulling our of Saturday nights show of his Under The Influence of Sleep tour.


We were then treated to a multitude of angles, and slow mo action replays of Iggy Azalea falling off stage while performing at MTV VMA awards. We’re sure that booty cushioned her fall.

This morning we woke to news that Suge Knight had been gunned down. Suge was shot six times at a pre-VMA party hosted by singer Chris Brown. Police are investigation a possible gang link. Surprise, surprise. Knight is still in ICU, but is expected to make a full recovery. An hour-and-a-half prior to the shootout, Game got into a fight with security guards after being denied entry and left, but his mates stayed on, according to TMZ. The New York Police Department are on a manhunt to apprehend Joe Budden after allegedly stealing his girl friends phone and assaulting her. Budden respond to the NY Police Department over twitter telling them he will be at an Astoria strip club Saturday night.

In what was the most positive news story form the weekend, Eminem has hinted at and now confirmed a new album. Both Eminem and his manager, Paul Rosenberg have cryptically tweeted the same title, and today Detroit radio personality Eric Vincent announced a “new album this fall”, as well as a new song (most likely “Guts Over Fear”) coming tonight at midnight. The title and date seem to correlate with the 15th anniversary of the Slim Shady LP. Only minutes ago, Eminem took to twitter to confirm the project is official. Eminem has also just released a brand new single titled Guts Over Fear, featuring Australian sensation Sia. Stream the new single below!
