Briggs will be hitting the road this October / November for a national run of dates in support of his brand new album Sheplife. The album is the culmination of generations of observations, experiences and stories.

The aggression is there but it’s tempered with a thoughtfulness that is always the separator between the good and great artists. As he said himself: “If ‘The Blacklist’ was the punch in the face, ‘Sheplife’ is why I punched you in the face.”

With appearances from Ill Bill, Joyride, Hau Sietta and Geoffrey Gurrumul Yunupingu “Sheplife” is the album by which Briggs will be compared to for his whole career and he likes that, the good ones always thrive on pressure.

Featuring the incredible first single The Hunt, with vocals and instrumentation from ARIA-winning legend Gurrumul, and the latest single, the raw and powerful Bad Apples, the critically acclaimed album has received widespread airplay across the country and cemented Briggs place as a powerful force in Australian Hip Hop.

Now Briggs will be hitting the road with “Sheplife”, his first Top 20 ARIA Accredited album and Top 3 debut on the Carlton Dry Independent Chart, a 4/4 star review from Rolling Stone magazine and the support of JJJ, his peers and fans.

Catch Briggs in your town this October / November with special guest national support Hau (Koolism / JJJ Hip Hop show) who will be launching his Football, Feasts & Funerals mixtape.
