Ryland Rose isn’t afraid of dreaming big. The Rap/Hip-Hop artist released his single ‘Almost Famous & Broke’ in 2016 and hasn’t looked back since.
Accompanied by a viral music video, Rose broke the rules by creating it entirely using the Social Media platform Snapchat. The low budget idea worked – and has since garnered a collective 650k views online. From its momentum, he received international attention and was added as the opening track on Spotify USA’s ‘Fresh Finds’ playlist.
Placed in front of an international audience – his song reached new heights when it entered the Billboard Viral Charts at #4 and peaked on Spotify’s Global Viral Charts at #5.
The single now has over 350,000 streams on Spotify and a profile that boasts over 30,000 monthly listeners. In 2015, he debuted his first EP ‘Ivory Coast’ nationally in Australia. Independently released, he was featured as iTunes New Artist Spotlight as well as it’s lead single ‘Gimme That’ being added to National TV and radio across the country.
