Rapaport ‘What I Got’ Nominated for FBi SMAC Best Song Award!

Big Village Records co founder and manager, Rapaport, latest single ‘What I Got’ has just been nominated for a FBi SMAC award for Best Song!

The new Ribongia produced tribal banger, featuring Billie McCarthy, was released in September, to a packed out show at Brighton Up Bar featuring a full live band and a swarm of special guests. The single is the first release from Rapport’s forthcoming album Village Idiot, due early 2017. 

Rapaport is taking his explosive live show on the road, with the Sydney and Perth leg done, and Melbourne & Brisbane up next! The single has already been added to rotation on FBi Radio.

Rapaport released his debut solo album Laughing On The Inside in 2009, the Patterns Mixtape in 2012, and two albums with Hip hop trio Loose Change in Self Titled in 2010 & Listening Party 2013.

Rapaport is a co founder and manager of Big Village Records. Creator of hip hop theatre show Sketch The Rhyme, and hip hop education organisation School of Rap.
