Wale, Tyga And Madeintyo Set To Join Hip Hop Superstar Lil Wayne At The Jumanji Festival

Noque Touring has today added further international heavyweight artists Wale, Tyga and Madeintyo to the inaugural JUMANJI Festival taking place on March 9 and 10, 2018 in Sydney and Melbourne.

American rapper Wale rose to fame in 2006 when music producer, Mark Ronson first discovered him and signed him to his record label, Allido Records. In 2008 he went on to sign with Interscope Records and released his debut album Attention Deficit in 2009 with singles Chillin’, Pretty Girls and World Tour.

In early 2011, Wale signed with Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group where he experienced most of his success with his second studio album, Ambition released later that year and driven by singles such as Lotus Flower Bomb and Bad. The Miguel collaboration topped the R&B and Hip Hop charts and was nominated for a Grammy Award.

His follow up record in 2013 The Gifted debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. His second Billboard number one album The Album About Nothing was released in 2015 and featured collaborations with J. Cole, Usher and Jeremih.

His appearance at the JUMANJI Festival will be his first time touring in Australia. Also announced to be joining Lil Wayne, Metro Boomin’, DJ Mustard and Ace Hood is legendary rapper and Young Money Entertainment artist, Tyga.

Born and raised in Compton, Tyga is best known for the number one R&B Billboard and Grammy nominated hit single Deuces, a hugely successful collaboration with Chris Brown and Kevin McCall. Tyga went on to release further hit singles Rack City and Faded along with a series of highly acclaimed mix-tapes and albums.

Industry newcomer and Billboard & Spotify ‘Breakout Artist of 2016’ Madeintyo (pronounced Made In Tokyo) will also be performing on the line-up. His double-platinum debut single Uber Everywhere has received over 57 million views to date on YouTube. His follow up single Skateboard P was also recently certified Platinum in the United States.
