Big Day Out has announced a last minute venue change for their Perth event in 2014, with the show set to move from its initial home of Claremont Showground to the new surrounds of the Arena Joondalup. The decision was announced recently, with a statement from Graham Partridge OAM – the chairman of VenuesWest, which operates the arena – welcoming the Big Day Out to their new home.
