Polo Club – Live For Tonight

Polo Club are back with a bangin’ new EP titled Live for Tonight. The boys from Melbourne are proud to officially unleash the title track as the first single out now.

The punchy four-track EP is scheduled for July 1st and Polo Club will be tearing up stages nationally throughout July and August with 6 shows across VIC, QLD, ACT and NSW.

Snappy production by producer Cam Chapman (aka GullyChaps) and the ever skilled lyrical lashings from MC Dyl Thomas meld seamlessly to fuse that old school feel with mod, new sounds. This EP showcases a more refined spin on their jaunty hip hop style, perhaps best captured in the title track Live for Tonight.

Having shared the stage with Hip Hop greats Ghost Face Killah, Roots Manuva and Big Boi and supported new school innovators Das Racist and Theophilus London, the guys have remained solid in their roots while proving impressively modern in their appeal. And let’s face it, after national tours alongside The Herd and Joelistics, fever pitch festival performances at Parklife, Good Vibes and Push Over, ain’t no surprise that Polo Club are in fine form and ready to bring it live.

From July through August Polo Club will get crowds up the East Coast bouncing to their signature blend of hip hop beats and electronic finishes. This tour will introduce yet another side of their head bopping hip hop personalities, offering up bright new tracks from a Summer of writing, notably the tongue in cheek track Coming Home which describes Polo Club bodacious home coming after a tour of world domination.

Hot tracks like these are certain to warm up the chilly coast in the coolest way possible. Polo Club are pleased to announce a string of shows, as the band performs tracks from their expansive new catalogue.
