Allday x Toby&Pete: A Fusion of Music & Art

Allday x Toby&Pete: A Fusion of Music & Art is a unique Music and Arts collaboration between rapper Allday and renowned graphic artists Toby&Pete. Together they will be performing a FREE show which fuses technology, live photography and music to create a one-off digital artwork as Allday performs. The creative collaboration is truly a world-first, and this will be Allday’s only Adelaide show for the year.

Adelaide-raised and LA-based rapper Allday has been on a stratospheric rise for the past few years, and after performing a slew of sold out shows and festival slots around the world, he is now a household name in Australian urban / hip-hop.

Toby&Pete are an unstoppable duo of multi-disciplinary digital artists, who have been creating world-class digital artworks, videos, animations, lives sets and more over the past seven years for the likes of Flume, Chet Faker, Rufus and Safia.

These two powerhouses of creativity are now joining forces to bring a world-first live music and art event to Adelaide and Perth.

The activation itself is the creation of a unique digital collage, which pulls live-fed imagery of Allday performing as well as vision of the audience, and distorts these images in sync to the music being performed on stage. Each image pulled will them form a layer in an eye-catching digital collage, and contribute to the final piece of art by Toby&Pete.

Powering this creative collaboration is ROAM, a brand new alcoholic beverage from LION which fuses beer with a cheeky dash of flavour. Both Allday and Toby&Pete embody the ROAM mantra of “Underthinkers”, as they confidently make creative choices in the face of indecision and thrive in the outcomes. They are examples to their audience of creatives who have found success in not over-thinking their pursuits but just going for it!

Once the show is completed, fans will be able to see an entirely unique and un-repeatable piece of digital art they have helped to create by being part of the live show. This will then be given away as a limited run of signed digital prints through Junkee Media
