Downsyde return with new single ‘Richman’

When you think of Hip Hop in Australia, a few names should come to mind… Hilltop Hoods, Bias B, Lazy Grey, Koolism and of course Downsyde.

After a few years on the sidelines, Perth based trip Downsyde have dropped their brand new single titled Richman, which has been unleashed from their upcoming full-length album ClassicIll. This will be the crews first full length album since 2008’s ‘All City’ release which featured tracks such as Fortune and Fame, Life Speed, and Unstoppable. The new single ‘Richman’ proves that the hip hop stalwarts are still hungry for that action.

From the illustrious SBX Crew, which includes Drapht, Hunter and Mr Grevis, the group have been toiling away for some time to bring us what looks to be their best work yet…echoing evolutionary similarities to good friends Hilltop Hoods and Drapht, 2017 holds the dawning of a new era for the group. With a full length in the bag and an impending release date to be announced, it wont be long before we will be seeing the mighty force on stages around the country again soon.
