Tekashi 6ix9ine Releases New Single ‘Stoopid’ Featuring Bobby Shmurda

Friday last week saw US rapper 6IX9INE unleash “STOOPID” – his sixth single of 2018 which also features the currently incarcerated Bobby Shmurda who phoned in his verse for the Brooklyn native collaboration.

Known for his braggadocios bars, 6IX9INE has not held back from pulling any punches and taken direct aim at US radio station Hot 97 and storied Beats 1 radio host Ebro Darden.

22 year old 6IX9INE effortlessly fires his trademark blows over the thumping beat with thanks to Memphis based producer Tay Keith and legendary turntablist DJ Lethal.

The track also features a phoned in verse from controversial rapper Bobby Shmurda, the first we have heard from the Brooklyn native since a spate of features in 2016 and squashing rumours of issues between the two artists.

Since the release of “STOOPID” in Australia, it has already accumulated an impressive 7 million streams on Spotify and over 15 million views on YouTube… currently trending at #5 and further cementing his place at the top and proving a huge following across Australia.
