Australian Comedian, Actor, Radio presenter and hip hop wrist Matt Okine, began his career early by becoming a national triple j RAW finalist in 2004, after only 3 previous gigs (those being the preliminary stages of the competition!). Matt is currently the host of Breakfast with Matt & Alex from 6-9am weekdays on Australian national radio station triple j.

As a hip-hop artist, he has performed at Brisbane’s Step Inn (supporting Evil Eddie), at the Stylin Up festival (with KPS), and Brisbane’s Fete De La Musique Festival. As a member of Australia’s legendary ManChoir, Matt has also performed at some of Australia’s biggest music festivals including Big Day Out & Playground Weekender.

Boilermakers has jus released two brand new tracks over the past month, both are leaks from his up coming EP titled Pete Smoke 2. The first track, Full Cups is a pop banger produced by Disco. Featuring large production and some additional vocals by Genevieve Fricker & Andrew Bukenya. The second track is titled Take Me Home and features production from the homie C1 who has flipped a sample form Fyfe’s – St Tropez.
