Nooky is from Nowra on the South Coast and is a proud member of the Yuin Nation. Yung Nooky is a fresh new blend of club banging sounds and socially conscious lyrics. Yung Nooky keeps strong cultural identity at the forefront of all his artistic endeavors. He has over 90 performances under his belt, ranging from community to international events and festivals.
Ozi Batla from Elefant Traks produced Yung Nooky’s debut EP Survivors as well as featuring on the track Salute. Survivors is due to drop next month.
Nooky also recently flew to LA to record with Taboo from the Black Eyed Peas after they met when Taboo visited the block in Redfern. Nooky will feature in Taboo’s lead single, expected early next year.

Yung Nooky, True Vibenation & Daily Meds to support Urthboy for Sydney leg of Indent’s Ten Year Tour.
On Sunday September 26, Sydney’s Factory Theatre will host a massive all ages Aussie hip-hop show as part of MusicNSW’s Indent Ten Year Tour, supported by NRMA Motoring & Services.
Indent is pleased to announce that Yung Nooky is the Sydney show’s opening act will be followed by True Vibenation and Daily Meds – two new offerings from independent new hip-hop label Big Village.
Urthboy, Jane & El Gusto are headlining the state-wide tour. A free workshop about the music industry, business and performance will be conducted before the shows.
“This whole tour looks ridiculous, but the Sydney show is always going to be the crown. I’m looking forward to seeing Nooky too; I’ve heard good things.” Said Urthboy.
