rage recently held its rage FIFTY, which celebrated the top 50 film clips of 2011, as voted by you. We see some impressive results from Elefant Traks Hermitude, with their Speak Of The Devil video and also Trem from Unkut Recordings with his video for the track Animal  Kingdom. Each year Triple J Unearthed in conjunction with NIDA select five of the most promising new artists from across the country to have a professional video clip directed for one of their tracks. This year Phatchance’s song Inkstains – a jam which has already proven popular on Triple J and community radio networks across the country – was one of those tracks chosen. Hellsong – Urthboy

2009 sees the release of Urthboy’s much anticipated third solo album, Spitshine.  Hellsong seems to be the first single of the album and is already out.  The film clip has already been made ‘Indie Clip of the Week’ on Rage. The animation is comprised of more than 7000 hand-drawn images and was put together by Broken Yellow, working in collaboration with artists from opposite corners of the globe.
