We seen a little screen cap preview the other day, but here it is in all it’s glory, the brand spankin new, The Light You Burned film clip featuring our good mate Trials (Funkoars). According to Facebook posts, the animated clip was inspired by cartoons of old, especially the works of Hanna-Barbera. It’ll take you back to a time when cartoons were an artform, drawing inspiration from the likes of The Jetsons and The Flintstones. DJ Debris Wins ARIA for Best Engineering

This year the category of Engineer of the Year rounded out with two equal winners who worked with very different genres of music. Hilltop Hoods member, DJ Debris (Barry Francis) has been recognised for his work on State Of The Art, the follow up to the Hilltop Hoods 2006 ARIA Award winning album, The Hard Road. Greg Wales who engineered and produced for You Am I, was the other winner. The 23rd Annual ARIA Awards will be held Thursday, November 26 at Acer Arena. The ARIA (Australian Recording Industry Association) nominations came out today and there were a lot of well deserved aussie hip hop nominations. JUNE 12 – A huge day in aussie hip hop

With two huge release’s dropping yesterday and a massive concert from Bliss n Eso at Festival Hall, it surely was the biggest day on the hip hop calendar this year. All reports on Twitter said the Bliss N Eso show was massive.
